Your team

We are seeking to recruit an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Human Resources department of Pictet & Cie (Europe)
Your role
Reporting to the Head of HR Luxembourg, you will act as a key partner on HR matters for our staff and management, you will play a major role in aligning business needs and Group HR practices.
You will interact with the other Group HRBPs to harmonise our local actions with business-line practices and Group-level policies so that we act as one Pictet.
Through your contribution you will also ensure that our staff have a fulfilling professional experience as the Pictet Group continues to develop and change.
Moreover, you will be committed to assisting our talented staff and their managers in continuing their development and training.
You will also be required to identify and manage difficulties that may arise with staff by providing support with complex work-related and personal situations.
