The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.

We are currently looking for a

Corporate and Client Database Officer (M / F)

Your Missions

  • To ensure the management of the bank’s referential system (cash and securities accounts for clients and for internal / technical needs),
  • To ensure the reporting set-up (electronic and paper reporting),
  • To manage the blocking / unblocking’ process of clients (cash and securities accounts) in respect to the procedures,
  • To update the remuneration conditions on the clients cash accounts,
  • To ensure Forex setup on clients securities accounts

    • Your Profile

  • BTS or economics oriented graduate
  • Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
  • Knowledge of securities services (Custody, Fund Administration, Transfer Agent, )
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is a plus
  • Resistance to stress
  • Adaptability, reactivity, flexibility
  • Proactive, rigorous
