Due to continuous expansion, we are looking for a colleague for the Helpdesk IT Support 1st & 2nd line (M / F) for our headquarters in Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).

Function : Within this function, you will be based in the Luxemburgish entity and be in charge for the handling of all incoming IT Support calls of our users based in 20 remote sites in Western Europe : pick up and register incoming phone calls & e-

mails for IT Support perform remotely basic troubleshooting like : verify proper set-up & working of end user devices (PCs, printers, mobile terminals, scanners, phones, ) verify network connection help users with basic configuration & settings of most common used applications reset passwords reset Citrix sessions .

pass the more complicated calls to the SYSADMIN responsible of the operations team (and this with additional information you gathered in your troubleshooting process) assist the operations team in various operational & administrative tasks (contact & checking with end-

users regarding changes / upgrades, replacement of end user devices, executing procedures prepared by the OPERATIONS TEAM, ) fix hardware problems of the end user devices installed in our Luxemburgish office organise / arrange shipping of hardware to our remote sites test new versions and features of hardware / software upon instructions of the OPERATIONS TEAM be in charge of IT purchase order activities Your expertise : Technically, we are looking for people with competences in the following areas : Set-

up & troubleshooting of end user devices (PCs, printers, mobile terminals, scanners, phones, .

MS Windows 7 & 8.1 MS Office (especially Outlook, Word & Excel) Citrix (basic concepts) Networking (basic concepts) Your profile You are fluent in English.

Any additional language is an advantage.

You have outstanding communication skills.

Preferably you have built up job experience in a help desk environment You are reliable, well organized, and stress resistant You work efficiently and are able to perform to a high level of quality and responsibility at all times Our offer CLdN IT offers a Permanent Contract in a dynamic and international environment.
