Our core values : EXCELLENCETEAMWORKINTEGRITYPRIDEPASSION Description : - Review of shareholder requests such as re-identification forms, inheritance cases.

  • Determine if required legal documentation is valid and complete in relation to regulatory obligations such as AML / KYC, FATCA, CRS.
  • Answering phone calls and written inquiries from EMEA clients;- Providing client reporting;- Working with Transaction Processing and International Financial Control Department and banks, inquiring about and initiating corrections of operational matters such as late or incorrect execution of trades and payments;
  • Preparing professional letters to any type of external parties. Profile : - German mother tongue, english fluent;- Understanding of legal / regulatory context such as AML / KYC and FATCA / CRS requirements;
  • Good client relationships;- Good listening and communication skills;- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Proficient in MS Office : Word, Excel, Access, Outlook Offer : - Our client offers a permanent contract;- Our client is an investor services company. >
