You will collaborate with the finance teams in different locations within the group and will be in charge of full accounting and the financial administration for the property investment groups including management accounting, tax, VAT, controlling and reporting matters.

Our client is a small independent investment firm who is looking for a Senior Accountant for Holding structure in Luxembourg.
Description
Collaborate with internal teams on multiple locations for the provision of property income and expenditure information
Maintain and record accurate management data
Prepare management accounts for the SPVs and for the group by keeping deadlines
Coordinate with local accountants for the preparation and submission of local corporate tax and VAT returns
Supervise the audit process and be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare the financial statement and deliver it to the Board
Support the investment team and the general management and control of the business
Improve reporting process and help to implement new systems
Ad-hoc reports and other tasks
Profile
You hold a university degree in Accounting or Finance
You have 4+ years of experience in Accounting ideally in the real estate industry
You are fluent in English, French or German will be an asset
You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
You are autonomous and flexible
