Your field of responsibility

Join the corporate team at Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A., where we cover all kind of day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties related to the corporate governance and domiciliary agent function.

It will include the identification of board members, verification of available legal documentation, communication with regulator, auditors, service providers and stakeholders.

  • In that role, you work closely with senior management and the board of directors. You will lead and guide board and shareholders meetings;
  • preparing and consolidating supporting documents as well as drafting and reviewing related minutes. Moreover, you will coordinate and liaise with notaries, lawyers, regulators and auditors for requests related to legal documentation and maintain / manage corporate related documents;
  • e.g. physical and / or electronic filing and record keeping. It is the ideal opportunity to develop in-depth-knowledge about the complete lifecycle and the actions of the investment funds under management and the management company itself.

    Your skills and experience

    We are looking for :

  • University degree in economics and / or law, ideally in the field of corporate matters
  • First professional working experience (1-3 years) in a similar position in the fiduciary or domiciliation environment in Luxembourg
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg investment funds and commercial companies law
  • Strong focus on details, well organized and proactive, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Motivated pro-active approach and team oriented work
  • Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal), knowledge of an additional language would be an asset
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent professional and client service attitude
