Currently, we're looking for somebody to join us in our Human Resources team as : HR Officer Talent Management & Acquisition 12 months Fixed Term Contract The Talent and Performance Management function serves to identify, develop, engage, and retain people enabled to deliver on Kneip’s business strategy.
We manage talent strategically to build a high-performance workplace and ensure sustainable leadership continuity and talent readiness.
You will support the talent and performance management process across the company in close collaboration with the Human Resources Operations team.
Your challenge You will prepare the Performance management and objectives review process, manage the system set-up and administration and prepare reporting for regular and ad-
hoc needs. You will maintain and update the recruitment database in an accurate manner You will manage recruitment and intake process for all departments, including employees, students, trainees and consultants You will provide internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers (job ads drafting, applications benchmark, etc.
You will support in the continuous development and use of the performance and competence frameworks You will administer internal mobility policies and programs, such as candidate identification, assessment and selection, and support on the continuous development and improvement of programs You will be responsible for the external consultant’s recruitment and management of the mission, including sourcing & relationship with consulting providers You will help to improve and maintain staff engagement e.
g. via staff surveys and follow-up initiatives Who you are You have the following characteristics, knowledge, skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment : You have a 1 to 3 years’ in-
house HR experience as HR Generalist, preferably with a Recruiting and Talent focus You have some experience with talent management, performance systems, or recruiting.
You have knowledge of Luxemburgish labour law principles You speak fluently English, French or German are advantage You have great coordination and administrative skills You have strong written & verbal communication skills You have ability to prioritize & respond to manager / employee requests in an appropriate timeframe You are self-
organised with a drive to provide excellence You are IT literate, proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and able to learn new systems During the recruitment process candidates may be asked a criminal record extract for background screening purposes.
