One of our trusted partners, a financial service provider company situated in the Luxembourg city centre is seeking for a Corporate Manager who will provide the highest level of service to the clients and the team.

As a Manager you will handle the day-to-day activity of the Corporate / Legal team , offering services to Private Equity & Real Estate clients.

Responsibilities

Your tasks as a Corporate Manager :

Maintenance of the complete life cycle of all domiciled entities and clients, regulated and unregulated

Managing a small team of Corporate / Legal officers

Monitor and ensure that the company's procedures are respected and compliant with the regulatory framework

Review and approve of contracts issued by the Transfer Agent

Liaising with the CSSF and other external service providers

Profile

What you need to occupy this function :

A minimum of 6 years of experience in the Corporate field or in Fund Administration

A bachelor's degree in Economics, Law or in Secretary

Sound knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory framework

Fluency in English and French , any other language is a huge asset

Advanced communicational skills and ability to work under pressure

Great qualities in leadership
