You will advise local and international clients on all banking, financial and capital markets matters ;

You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination between clients and the lawyers of counterparties and service providers ;

You will draft, review and / or negotiate all types of contracts and / or legal documents in the field of insurance, contracts and / or legal documents in the field of banking, finance and capital markets ;

You carry out and coordinate legal research ;

You actively participate in the business development needs of the firm.

Profile

Experience : Between three and six years as a lawyer in a Banking, Finance and / or Capital Markets department ;

Master’s degree in Law admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage ;

Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). German would be an asset ;

Proactive, dynamic, team player and good communication skills.
