As per July 1st, 2018 we are looking for a Trainee to strengthen our Account Management / SCU Team. Account Management serves Relationship Managers located abroad, while the Special Client Unit focus on the off boarding of non-
core relationships of the Bank.
Your Role and Responsibility :
You will be the single point of contact for Private Banking clients who are served by the bank via Shared Relationship model .
Your role is to support the Relationship Managers on processes, and to monitor compliance with local regulations and rules.
You will be the defined contact for institutional clientele in the day-to-day administration of their accounts.
We expect from you high communication skills, organizational talent as well as pro-activity.
You take full ownership of requests coming from your counterparts and liaise with other departments for the overall resolution of such requests.
You are handling trading instructions, relationship openings and closings as well as other related administrative tasks.
You will ensure excellent service in your day-to-day work.
You are holding a university degree in business, finance, economics or another relevant field.
Flexibility is one of your greatest assets. You are taking initiatives and are capable to work independently.
You are an excellent team player and willing to take ownership of issues as they arise.
You are fluent in English and French, other languages would be considered as an advantage.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
