Within KPMG, People & Change Advisory Services aim at delivering a full range of Human Resources Services to our customers.

The team supports small to large organizations across a wide range of sectors in designing, implementing and / or optimizing their HR strategies, policies, and practices.

Our key People & Change service networks : HR Strategy and Processes, Talent Management, Rewards and Benefits, HR Digital and Change Management.

As Manager / Senior Manager you will :

  • You will contribute to the growth of the People & Change Advisory Services in being a key player in the business development activities while managing engagement opportunities in multiple HR assignments related to e.g. :
  • HR diagnosis and processes optimization
  • Analysis and evaluation of functions
  • Performance and career management
  • Behavioral change management
  • Talent Management and team development
  • All areas involving reward and salary packages
  • Responsibilities :

  • Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
  • Lead multiple HR projects in compliance with firm and practice processes and standards
  • Contribute to the development and the evolution of methodologies and processes
  • Use technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and assist Head of HR / Management and Top Management accordingly
  • Manage team members and become actively involved in their professional development
  • You will be enrolled in our KPMG tailored training program allowing you to acquire additional relevant technical expertise.

    The perfect candidate

  • You hold a master's degree in HR or comparable studies
  • You have minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR including a proven experience in HR consulting
  • You have commercial acumen
  • You have knowledge of Luxembourg market, HR policies and practices
  • You have good communication and leadership skills
  • You have strong organizational skills
  • You have a good command of MS Office
  • You speak fluently French and English (Luxemburgish / German are a plus)
