Role & Responsibilities The successful candidate will be based in Luxembourg and will play a crucial role in the Technical Support team.
The mission of our Technical Support Engineer is to prepare, test, deploy, pilot, document and support existing and newly developed solutions delivered by 3C Payment.
Further tasks are executing regular maintenance, second level support and error diagnostics.
Provide internal or external training on 3C solutions.
Autonomous; Availability to travel worldwide; Availability to work shifts / nights / weekends; Good communication skills.
CP / IP network knowledge; Good Linux knowledge; Basic SQL knowledge; Scripting or any other programming language is a plus Other Information The remuneration structure for this position is : Competitive base + Benefits.
