In order to support their activity growth, we are currently looking for a : Part-time Administrative Assistant (m / f) based in Luxembourg Your next challenge : You will work in close collaboration with the delegate responsible for day-to-day management and have the following responsibilities : Management of documentation and archives (electronic and physical) Drafting of correspondence, inputting and distribution of documents and meeting minutes (Board of Directors, investment and monitoring committee, minutes of general meetings);
Administrative follow-up of decisions and files to ensure deadlines are met. Your profile : If You have a Bachelor degree in a related field;
You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a financial environment; You understand the key principles of finance; You have a high sense of responsibility;
You usually work autonomously and able to anticipate and take initiatives; In your previous experiences, your reliability, seriousness and discretion have been the key to your success;
You are honest and rigorous : You can handle a variety of requests, often within very short deadlines; You are fluent in French and English (Spanish is an asset).
