A passion for serving customers is critical with the role partnering closely with the Private Brands leadership team to provide guidance, tactical direction, and decision making support.
Primary responsibilities include :
Business partnership with EU Private Brands leadership on strategic initiatives and critical organizational goals
Financial data mining, modeling and analytics to identify strategic opportunities, support new initiatives, and measure progress on critical goals
Financial controllership of the business, including ensuring data integrity
Ownership of financial planning processes, including financial and operational performance metrics
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously while never losing sight of the bigger picture
Proven ability to develop new ideas, creative solutions, and influence business decisions
Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models
A strong desire to exceed expectations
IT literate with strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
MBA or MS in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven track record in financial analysis, operations or business development, preferably in a global organization with P&L and FP&A responsibility
Experience and familiarity with SQL or similar data mining tools
Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in a business partnering role
