Job Description GWM Group is an independent financial asset management group. The Group was founded in 2000 as a wealth manager / multi-

family office. Currently focused only on institutional alternative investments, fund and asset management and distressed loan servicing.

Operates through its main offices in Luxembourg, London, Malta, Milan and Rome with a team of 50+ highly experienced professionals advising and / or managing clients investments.

GWM Group is seeking a Corporate Officer and Officer Manager to work in the Luxembourg Office. The person will be reporting to the Head of Compliance and will be supporting companies of the group on legal and compliance matters.

  • The person would also be responsible for the day to day management of the Luxembourg Office. Key Responsibilities Corporate officer Prepare AGM’s, EGM’s, notices to the shareholders and board minutes, ensuring their smooth and timely functioning;
  • Assisting from the incorporation up to the liquidation of the group’s companies; Liaise with the external counsel, as well as with notaries for the organization of various notarial deeds;
  • Support with AML requests and KYC process; Arrange the signature of legal documents; Maintain registers of shareholders up-

  • to date and file / organize corporate legal documents. Office Management Overseeing proactively the day to day running of the office;
  • Assistance in organizing events and meetings, especially Executive meetings and Board meetings; Sign for, record and distribute all incoming courier packages;
  • Assist with starters and leavers setup / admin including telephones, keys, IT accounts etc. General correspondence with suppliers;
  • Cover reception, answer and direct phones calls; Provide general support to visitors; Order office supplies and maintain supplies inventory;
  • Manage the relationship with local providers including selection and negotiation - and administrations; Further tasks may be assigned within the frame of the profile.

  • Skills and Qualfications Holder of degree preferably in law; Excellent executive communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, any other language is a strong asset; Strong Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel skills and ideally knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Being a team player with hands-on mentality; High sense of responsibility, great commitment, high flexibility, high confidentiality;
