Our Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services (RCAS) department is growing steadily and we are looking for new people to join this dynamic work environment.

We develop strategies that help business leaders and their board use regulation as a strategy enhancement, support ongoing regulatory efficiency, and provide confidence in their regulatory response.
As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand
The responsibilities of a junior advisor (m / f) include following aspects :
You assist us in interpreting new European and Luxembourgish legislation and interpret its impact on banks, investment firms and financial services companies.
You assist our clients with the analysis and set-up of fund structures (UCITS, SIF, SICAR, RAIF, etc.), the authorization of management companies, banks and professionals in the financial sector (PFS) as well as the modification of these structures and companies, both from a regulatory and operational perspective.
You assist our clients to create and implement policies and processes, including the required documentation.
You prepare presentations, reports and flyers related to regulatory issues (European and Luxembourgish law).
You have a degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in law, business administration or similar (e.g. "Business and Law").
You have absolved an internship, gained a first professional experience in a legal / compliance department or operational unit in a regulated company in the financial sector (e.
g. law firm, bank, asset manager / management company or other PFS) or gained industry-specific knowledge through your studies (e.g. CCDL).
You demonstrate a strong interest in financial products and in the investment fund compliance industry.
You have very good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written. French skills are also beneficial.
You are characterized by a team-oriented approach and have a strong interest in building and maintaining customer relationships.
You are flexible and open for professional travels.
