Your team

The Client Register Formal & Tax team plays a central role in the Bank’s operations and handles the following tasks :

Ensuring document and data completion on accounts openings of the Bank’s clients (European branches).

Carrying out formal checks and 4-eyes controls of various documents and forms.

Analyzing and challenging the Tax status of the client (FATCA / QI / CRS)

Handling all Changes in Circumstances having a structural or tax impact

Your role

Performing formal checks on account-opening applications prior compliance review.

Managing change in circumstances from a Tax point of view and updating the relevant databases.

Providing the static data for CRS / FATCA reporting and assuring a flawless data quality.

Validating tax documents (FATCA / CRS) and updating the systems accordingly.

Presenting files in front of the Tax Review Committee

Performing quality controls on account openings (4-eyes).

Contribute to the digitalisation of the Client Register and assisting archiving of documents.

Keeping abreast of changes in Luxembourg and EU legislation on client data protection, in particular by attending training sessions organized by the Bank.

Drawing up and updating procedures relating to Client Register activities.

Your profile

Good analytical and synthesis skills.

Leadership.

Rigorous and methodical.

Language skills :

German,

Excellent command of English,

Spanish and / or Italian would be a plus.

Legal or tax knowledge : good working knowledge of FATCA, CRS and other regulations affecting client data.
