The Amazon OpsTechIT Supply Chain organization manages a large suite of products and product portfolios and is responsible for a wide variety of global initiatives that cross business teams and operations groups within Amazon Fulfillment.

As the Regional Supply Chain Change Manager, you will help grow our change capabilities globally across Fulfillment and Transportation organizations.

In this role, you will own the regional execution and strategy for change, representing key stakeholders and helping influence the global process standards.

You will facilitate and ensure process compliance for both planned and unplanned change requests, working across IT, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Strong communication with stakeholders on risk and dependencies is required as well as being a connection point between groups for different types of change requests.

This role will help remove roadblocks for change and set solution paths to archive desired outcomes.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate global change processes as part of daily run at the regional level, ensuring consistency and quality execution while reducing risk, and minimizing the impact of change-related incidents on service quality.
  • Ownership of regional IT Supply Chain Request for Change (RFC) and Engineering Change (ERC) requests to ensure compliance with change management process and stakeholder or functional inclusion.
  • Drives regional change communications with stakeholders per change type to ensure appropriate visibility into risks and upcoming change events.
  • Represent IT at Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings in region and participate in global CAB meetings when required.
  • Contribute to and support global change procedure strategies including emergency change procedures, tooling, process documentation, and change quality control policy.
  • Drive and produce change reporting at the regional level for KPI dashboards.
  • Ownership of regional change freeze compliance for global change calendar, working with local leaders on appropriate change windows.
  • Work closely with Field Operation and Product Lifecycle Management teams to ensure change processes are inclusive, efficient, and work across disciplines.
  • APICS, S&OP, or Six Sigma Certification with an understanding of Lean Manufacturing processes.
  • Previous experience with PLM / PDM systems.
  • Experience leading large complex business objectives with measurable results.
  • Product and portfolio management in IT Infrastructure within warehouse operations.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL change management components.
  • Practical experience with change management in a data center environment.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification a plus.
  • PMP and Six Sigma process improvement skills a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience within business and operations change management.
