As the Launch Product Manager for the team, you will help us to continue expanding our private brand footprint. You will lead the pre-
launch marketing readiness, planning and supply chain management for private brands and be help to bring the best selection available for our customers in EU -
meeting the needs of the business while protecting the integrity of the customer experience.
Main responsibilities include :
Pre-Launch marketing readiness : Coordinate with vendor managers and suppliers to ensure products are setup on the website in time for launch, and ensuring product content, images, and other marketing assets comply with our detail page standards.
Supply chain management : Deliver maximum operational results for private brand products through effective end-to-end management of the supply chain.
Partner with global operations and transportation teams to improve product availability, reduce costs, and minimize our working capital investment.
Business intelligence and analytics : set goals and produce metrics used to manage selection; integrate strong and clear data analysis and business rationale into sound decision making;
work to improve data systems and develop new reporting tools to provide better business visibility; monitor and research industry and competitive trends to make the Amazon offering the best for the customer.
Communications : Be comfortable collaborating with, and influencing team members, working with country category teams and other business groups, and presenting projects to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Undergraduate Degree (Masters Degree preferred)
Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management
Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential
A track record of proven success in past positions
Ability to think strategically and tactically
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success
Vendor Management experience
Online and / or retail experience
Additional European language skills is a plus
