CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Service Desk Support, to join the Service Desk multicultural team in Luxembourg.
You log incidents;
You categorize and prioritise incidents;
You diagnose and resolve incidents;
You close incidents;
You escalate incidents;
You hold incident ownership and communication throughout the lifecycle of the incident;
You handle in policy and out of policy service requests;
You intervene onsite at the user location or temporary location;
You execute IMACD tasks;
You raise requests for authorization of service requests.
You have xperience with MS Office Suite and Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10);
You hold knowledge of mobile devices and mobile phone services ;
You are a problem solver;
You have knowledge of t icketing and CMDB tools ;
You understand networking and networking protocols;
You are flexible and stress resilient;
You are able to work in a co-operative way;
You pay attention to detail;
You have experience in troubleshooting PCs / Laptops / Tablets, VPN, etc.;
You speak fluently French and English
