The EU Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Team is responsible for driving step-change improvements in the performance of Amazon's European Operations from vendor to customer.

The EU ACES Process Engineering team is looking for exceptionally talented Business Analyst to be part of the core team within ACES PE.
The role(s) will report into the Six Sigma Master Black Belt. This position will be responsible for conducting analysis of data and other information, compiling business oriented recommendations and driving consensus across stakeholder groups.
The Analyst will work in both independent / team formats with the Core and Field Engineers. The Analyst will be responsible for developing standardized report mechanisms, FC analysis and cost reporting support ranging from real time inputs through strategic YoY views.
As a key member of the EU ACES Process Engineering team you are formulating the data into information that drives improvement of operational performance.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and business acumen, with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of different business and cost models and the underlying analytics, and the ability to assimilate new methodologies and data sources.
They will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, vocally self-critical, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
