Our Proposals Department is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
As a major service provider in Luxembourg, PwC answers to Requests for Proposal relating to audit, tax and advisory matters.
Our potential clients are companies of both the private and the public sector.
You will be part of a dedicated team to support the proposal process and will work closely with experts.
Your main tasks will be to :
Manage the proposal process, throughout the proposal life-cycle (from analysis of the requirements to physical submission);
Co-ordinate the proposal response;
Assemble the right proposal team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to win;
Implement all necessary proposal procedures, processes and controls;
Challenge approach, winning themes and structure;
Embed firm methodologies and make sure they are widely used;
Collect relevant information (CVs, references, best practices);
Work in team with experts, designers and content writers.
Master degree level and at least 2 / 3 years work experience; or Bachelor with at least 5 years work experience and knowledge of proposal process;
Fluent in English and French;
Computer literate (especially MS Office);
Very good project management skills, including capacity to manage several projects simultaneously;
Excellent organisational skills, team spirit;
Strong networking abilities and team spirit;
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with a constant focus on result and quality;
Eager to learn;
Adaptability to various hierarchy levels and behaviours;
Knowledge in financial audit would be an advantage.
