PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide support and assistance to the Directors, Managers and Administrators in connection with the professional trust and company administration services provided by Ocorian Services Limited, primarily within the Real Estate business line.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Take responsibility for an allocated portfolio of clients and prepare timely annual financial statements, management accounts and annual accounts Liaise with clients to ensure efficient delivery of output and client service expectations and advice them accurately on accounting issues Follow-
up of the day-to-day bookkeeping and administration assistance of client companies on time Provide support in the on-boarding and off-
boarding of the Luxembourg structures of his / her clients Liaise with law firms, banks, audit firms and tax advisors Prepare periodic and annual VAT returns and tax returns timely To assist the Manager, providing daily support as requested Supporting the on-
going development of the team by involvement in the coaching, training and motivation of new and junior team members with supervision and guidance the Manager Contribute to the development of operational processes to improve efficiencies and risk mitigations QUALIFICATIONS The post holder will hold an appropriate accounting qualification (e.
g.
