A large Telecoms company based in Luxembourg is looking for 2 Helpdesk professionals to join their growing team.

Job description User helpdesk (technical, functional), especially to new employees User assistance : support user, improve user knowledge and experience Incident management (contact by phone, mail, ticketing software, instant messaging) Problems investigation and troubleshooting Prepare, Configure and Install Computers (Windows, physical or virtual machines) Maintain computers (desktops and laptops), printers, phone sets, mobile and peripherals Installation and configuration of Hardware and software Basic network configuration (including WiFi) Move of computer assets and maintenance of Asset Inventory Our Technical environment Microsoft environment (Windows 7, 10, Office) Microsoft System Center 2012 (computer installation, software deployment) Microsoft Domain (users, groups, computers, group policy) VMware virtualization Cisco-

based network What we seek Technical Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Ease of search the Web to diagnose and solve problems Basic scripting abilities (command line, batch, PowerShell) Professional Work autonomously and in relation with team colleagues Share information and knowledge Good contact, respectful, listening to user and speaking at user level of understanding Respect and apply procedures and security rules Personal Good organization, paced and calm Curiosity and interest in his job Stress resistant Requirements Technical diploma in computer science A practical Experience in similar job (1 to 3 years) Fluent French, good English and German are required, Luxembourgish would be advantageous Driving license What we offer varied and sometimes challenging tasks opportunity to keep learning and develop multi-
