Description

Support the General Counsel in his day to day

Support the control in Anti - Money Laundering (AML)

Review and draft of legal documentation

Review and monitor the accuracy of legal documents (legislations, compliance, corporate details etc.);

Perform KYC check

Organize regular board meetings & preparation of board minutes

Profile

At least 3 years of experience in compliance or in legal

Bachelor Degree in law

Fluent in Italian & English
