Due to their growth, they are now looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Corporate Business department in the Luxembourg office.
You will integrate the Fund Management Department and report directly to the Associate Vice President.

Missions :
Review and prepare legal transaction documentation
Liaise with stakeholders, including lawyers and notaries
Co-ordinate the filings with the CSSF and prepare the relevant documentation
Provide support to the board members
Profile :
You have 3 years of experience in Luxembourg
You speak fluently English and French
You have a good knowledge of transactions
