We are currently looking for a looking for a Pursuits Project Manager for fixed-term contract of 1 year.

The role and responsibilities

Reporting to the Pursuits Leader, the Pursuits Project Manager will support KPMG in acquiring and retaining business by providing operational end-

to-end program management on the acquisition and retention of clients. He / She will be in charge of driving the process for key pursuits covering all industry groups and service lines and contribute to successful outcomes as well as advising partners, senior staff and other pursuit team members across the entire pursuit process (from Qualification to Win / Loss Debrief).

The aim of the position is to provide significant contribution to a high quality and efficient pursuit process and to contribute and direct the development of pursuit collateral incorporating the value proposition.

With the guidance of the Pursuit Team Leader, the Pursuits Project Manager will provide operational end-to-end program management on the acquisition and retention of large client / business projects by :

  • Ensuring that the bespoke strategy (positioning and messaging to appeal to the business and client side teams) is implemented,
  • Doing research on client and client's industry,
  • Establishing, communicating and driving timelines for deliverables, holding the engagement team accountable to meeting agreed milestones and deliverables,
  • Coordinating the day-to-day work of the respective team members, both internally and externally
  • Preparing proposal document and compiling input from business teams, including editorial work when necessary,
  • Assisting in the development and production of all pursuit collaterals (such as material for meeting moderation, site visits and presentations),
  • Guiding the design team on concepts that will support the value proposition,
  • Conducting a compliance and quality check against the client's formal request,
  • Contributing to the creation of guidelines and processes to promote the independence of business teams on smaller projects,
  • Creating a database of templates to be used by business teams, including product, service, tender and proposal documents and templates,
  • Contributing to the content of the intranet site including best practices, standard text, proposals.
  • The perfect candidate

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business management,
  • Has a previous experience of at least 3 years working in a similar position,
  • Has good grasp of sales and relationship development techniques (Business acumen and an excellent knowledge of the company, its cultures, services and products, structures, and processes considered as a strong asset),
  • Is highly organized with a good ability to prioritize,
  • Is able to manage multiple projects, handle pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Speaks English (any other language is considered as an asset),
  • Is comfortable with MS Office.
