CRM Deployment Lead FR / EN (F / M)
NSI -CEGEKA Group is based in Luxembourg and Belgium. The company celebrated its 29th anniversary in 2022. NSI is a provider of value-added IT services (Agile application development, ERP, cloud infrastructure, professional services) for the private and public sectors.
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a CRM Deployment Lead, speaking French and English.
Your main responsibilities :
Oversee the Salesforce deployment project, including technical and business delivery teams (e.g. Business Support Services, Business lines, IT teams), from the design phase till post go live and operate phase
Establish the strategic direction of the delivery organization
Be the point of escalation and alignment for all project stakeholders
Develop and maintain contact with top decisionmakers
Follow up on business case realization and propose adjustment actions if needed
Perform role of coach, provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff
Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of teams and ensure adherence to the company’s standards in project execution methodology, technical delivery, and standards compliance
Work in an agile / hybrid environment with internal teams across
Your profile :
You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
English fluent. French will be considered as an asset
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Ability to work and communicate in a multi-cultural environment
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
