As the Compliance Regulatory Associate, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective compliance service and to promote and to assist the company in meeting its regulatory obligations.
The role requires to support your team to monitor the regulatory framework in order to ensure the relevant Compliance risks and requirements are captured and actively communicated to the relevant teams across the company.

What you will be responsible for
As Compliance Regulatory Senior Associate - Transfer Agent you will
Actively follow regulatory developments, participating in relevant meetings and provide your Manager and team with updates;
Maintain and update the regulatory compliance log with relevant regulations and laws issued at EU and Luxembourg level;
Support the develop and update of relevant IFDS policies and compliance procedures
Contribute to the gap analysis for each regulations / laws reviewed;
Provide regulatory advise to IFDSL staff
Maintain complaints register and other register as required by the Compliance Regulatory Team
Actively communicate to the Compliance team and Leadership the warnings alert provided by CSSF;
Support your team in carrying out the annual compliance plan;
Assist to close audit or compliance open points in a timely manner;
Assist your team to solve compliance issues related to the Business and Compliance team;
Education & Preferred Qualifications :
A Degree in Law, Finance or other relevant business discipline
2-3 years experience in a compliance regulatory analysis role in financial services
Initial working experience in AML / KYC, compliance, audit and / or regulatory position.
Fluency in English and French
Good knowledge and understanding of EU and local rules and regulations.
Good administrative, organisational and business support skills with ability to multi-task
Ability to work accurately under pressure within tight deadlines
