We are currently looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Financial Analyst to join our growing Marketplace team in our EU headquarter in Luxembourg.
The role will be part of the EU Marketplace Financial Planning and Analysis team. You will partner closely with finance and business stakeholders in Luxembourg, in the main European markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain) and in our global HQ in Seattle with a focus on reporting and planning to help the EU Marketplace business to achieve its growth and profitability objectives.
Role Responsibilities
Provide timely and insightful reporting of financial results
Support financial review processes including monthly financial and quarterly business reviews, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analytics
Drive continual standardization and streamlining of planning and forecasting processes
Develop tools to drive better understanding of EU performance and metric trends
Work with data source providers to ensure that data is accurate, automated and timely available
Build strong relationships within a highly matrixed organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, math or related field
6-8 years of relevant finance work experience
Strong technical Excel skills and experience with financial system such as Cognos, TM1 or similar
Demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis
Fluent in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Working Experience with SQL
Experience in Retail, FMCG, e-commerce in a large, globally operating company
