You ensure day-to-day management of the diary of a member of BP2S Luxembourg Executive Committee and assist him in organizing his time.
You also act as the interface between the Manager and his direct reports and / or employees. In this respect you will be expected to :
Organize internal and external meetings
Organize conference calls and video conferences
Organize seminars and / or internal events
Organize and maintain diaries
Deal with post (letters, memos, scanning )
Prepare travels and accommodation for Exco Members and any other employee of the bank
Ensure administrative tasks
Update organization charts and ensure the validation by the Head of.
Deal with expenses forms (input in Concur system).
Offer management support (powerpoint presentation, workshop, drink event, )
Coordinate meeting rooms’ reservations.
2 years of higher education (BAC+2) at least
Languages : French and English
IT skills : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
Excellent organisational skills
Discretion and confidentiality required
