It offers a full range of securities services to institutional clients : compensation, cash management services, custody and depositary bank, fund administration and asset servicing, services and transfer agent services to issuers.


As a Project Manager / IT Business Analyst with strong Transfer Agency (using MFTA software) experience, you provide strategic and operational management across a portfolio of projects.

Your role will be to be a key interface between the operational teams and the development teams. Your responsibilities will include, among others :

  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Lead the project team to deliver new or existing projects;
  • Be responsible for the whole project lifecycle from the project plan elaboration to on time and above customer expectations delivery of the solution;
  • Initiate and participate to project meetings and quality audits;
  • Organize all required boards, workshops, meetings management;
  • Elaborate the meeting minutes;
  • Present and report the progress of the project in a clear and structured manner ;
  • Achieve target margin on the project ;
  • Follow up of procedures and deliverables;
  • Make budget forecasting and follow up;
  • Documentation management;
  • Risks' & issues' process support;
  • Collect initial high level users' & technical requirements;
  • Prepare potential IT project plans & associated documents;
  • Validate assumptions with key stakeholders;
  • Coordinate project communications, both internal and external;
  • Closely guard the agreed project scope ;
  • Elaborate the team planning keeping in mind a given set of deadlines ;
  • Mitigate and prevent project risks ;
  • Motivate team members;
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the customer and with your team Analysis and understanding of business needs;
  • Help to formalize these needs in "Business Requirements";
  • Help to translate requirements into technical specifications for your IT team;
  • Verify the operational feasibility of a service request;
  • Design and apply Test Strategy and participate actively in testing during the testing phase;
  • Notify of potential defects to the relevant teams;
  • Provide functional support post production;
  • Deliver documentation and reporting;
  • Organize transversal relationship with all other business units;
  • Promote IT systems;
  • Be a cross player who keeps an objective view on current processes and organization;
  • Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement (process enhancements), analyzing, problem-solving, monitoring implementation, assisting with development, maintenance and quality of services;
  • Coordinate actions related to client requests; provides technical knowledge in IT / Business meetings;
  • Familiar with the usual tools and procedures of a Bank : Knowledge in Straight Through Process (STP), Equalization factor processing, EXP AG, TA system (Multifonds MFTA / MFGI), Trailer fees ;
  • Registration ; Collection and Transitory Accounts; Triple A; MIFID; Swift.


  • Master Degree (in Computer Sciences or Economic);
  • Minimum of 5 years of TA experience;
  • Excellent command of French and English;
  • Good knowledge of MFTA / MFGI ;
  • General knowledge of the fund industry (and the players in the fund industry) ;
  • Very good knowledge of the day-to-day Transfer Agent business ;
  • Very good transversal knowledge of the Transfer Agent business ;
  • Good knowledge of IT related subjects (SQL, PL-SQL, JAVA environment, Working in a Agile Environment will be considered as an asset) ;
  • You want to learn and share your knowledge with others ;
