BMI is looking for a highly motivated individual with an extensive knowledge in the Luxembourg fund industry to strengthen its Sales forces.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be :
To identify new market & commercial opportunities and execute them in a timely and profitable manner;
To grow the client base and portfolio of offerings;
Be leader upon the commercial activity deriving from marketing campaigns and consolidate client feedbacks;
Monitor the commercial activity thus contributing to its better steering;
Aggregate prospect universe and systematize prospect identification within these universes;
Produce and analyze key indicators (client meetings, pipeline, etc.), to be afterward circulated to the executive management;
Take an active part in the annual Sales Plan exercise and its interim follow-up;
Create new solution offerings and review the fee in place to create a more favorable and mutually profitable framework to move the channel on;
You are expected to contribute to continuous process improvement, re. market watch, standard content richness, format (e.
g. use of digital tools), as well as to transversal RFP activity monitoring;
Successful candidates meet the following requirements :
Strong network of clients, contacts and a feeder network within the Funds space;
Experience of developing an annual marketing and business development programme
You are well connected, and well respected for your key achievements and contribution
You have an enviable track-record of delivering business projects or business growth
Master degree related to Business Administration / Finance or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
You have extensive experience in marketing, selling and delivering result (skills in sales methods and marketing)
Experience in Alternative Investment (RE / PE / Debt / Infrastructure) is considered as a strong advantage
Good knowledge of new regulatory changes impacting the fund industry and their effects
Fluent in both English and French, any additional language being considered as an advantage
Operational, Compliance and Reputation Risk oriented
