PhD degree in Business Administration, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting or Auditing.
A research focus and agenda on accounting or auditing with a record of publication and citation in internationally recognized, high-ranked business journals.
Established communication and teaching skills, with a commitment to the importance of scholarship, high-quality education and cultural diversity.
Experience in working in and leading international research teams, and willingness to engage in Faculty management roles and input to pedagogical development.
Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, to actively engage with Industry and the community, to acquire funding and develop externally funded research programmes.
