HR / Insurance Assistant - Health Dpt (M / F)
Context :
The Assistant will execute administrative duties and implement key processes and activities in the domain of health insurance administration.
The post requires good interpersonal and collaboration skills as well as a focus on customer-oriented service.
The Administrative Assistant Health Insurance will work within a team and report to the Head of Benefits and Payment Division.
Your tasks :
To respond to enquiries directed to the HIS and specifically on the implementation of the HIS rules and personal individual situations;
To verify and validate in house affiliates’ (and their dependents’) reimbursements of medical claims and issue letters of guarantee for hospitalization;
To proceed with the in-house HIS payments of claims reimbursements for in-house affiliates and payment of hospital charges;
To maintain proper records / documentation and data quality (e.g. preparation and filing of documents manually and electronically, maintenance of databases);
To provide operational reporting data on HIS activities;
To act as one of the points of contact between the HIS and the Personnel Procurement team for questions concerning budget.
Your profile :
You obtained a higher studies Diploma in either Secretarial studies, Business Admin or in a related field;
You acquired experience in either HR or Insurance fields ;
You speak fluently English (C1) and you have a good command of French (B2) ;
You have a good knowledge of standard computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, electronic document management);
You are immediately available for a contract until, at least, the end of the year!
