Department Description Human Resources (HR) facilitates the global hiring, retention, engagement, and development of the best talent in the industry in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Graduates have exposure to the different groups within HR in Europe, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management, and learning and development.

The role : You will be part of a small team based in Luxembourg supporting the HR organisation across the Europe region.

At the same time you will also take responsibility for some day to day HR tasks and support the regional leadership team.

What are some of the tasks you will be doing? Provide advice to leaders and team members on HR policies and procedures, responding to queries by phone, email and in person Supports cyclical processes eg talent assessment, year-end review, merit increases Coordinate and participate in HR or general projects which may relate to talent development and acquisition and deployment of global programs within the Europe region.

Support with updates to Workday in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements - Degree in Human Resources, or Business Studies.

  • Enthusiastic and committed to pursuing a career in Human Resources in an international environment - Graduating between December 2018 to June 2020 and available for full-time employment no later than July 2020 Preferred AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in prior work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills.
