Want to be a part of our team?The Senior Practice Manager : Customer Experience and Collaboration (CX & Collab) operates within the Communications Business Unit (BU), providing support for country geographies.

The primary objective of this position is to drive and build a CX & Collab consistent and sustainable CX & Collab practice aligned to and in support of the CX & Collab BU strategy.

In so doing, this position will fulfil business development, practice development and product management functions that accelerates country and regional success.

This employee ensures that the practice and business is grown in line with the global solutions and services strategy. Working at NTT 1.

Ensure the development of regional and country strategic and tactical plans that align to overall practice strategic goals and ensure the implementation thereof.

2. Drive business development and manage practice success through developing and tracking key performance indicators for assessments and bespoke consulting and ensuring that the consulting and sales teams are equipped to achieve these.

3. Establish and develop the practice management leadership capability, providing the required governance and oversight to ensure the achievement of Dimension Data goals.

4. Provide advice to country teams on demand generation activities that aligns to market requirements and business needs.

5. Participate in the product / portfolio life cycle with global counterparts 6. Develop and implement regional go-to-market plans and ensure execution of these.
