Sofitex fonde sa dynamique et son succès sur le professionnalisme de ses équipes, sa forte réactivité et sa proximité.MissionFor one of our clients, a financial company located in Luxembourg city, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a Office Management - Facility Coordinator part time (M / F) Your tasks : You will assist and coordinate facilities-related tasks for the Luxembourg office : - Dealing with maintenance issues and liaising with contractors- Ordering of office items Stationery, printed stationary, kitchen refreshments- Dealing with the cleaning company- Arranging permits for contractors- Organizing quotations for repairs and assisting with maintenance contract renewals person on the ground- Managing access passes for employees- Working with London Facilities team on adhoc tasks or requests- Working with London IT team on adhoc tasks or requests- Day to day issues Photocopiers, coffee machine, office lights, office furniture etc- Administration tasks Health and safety, invoicing, ordering of office items, updating relevant documents to the Luxembourg office- Assisting with project works liaising and managing of contractors, being available to assist- Help to assist in obtaining local training solutions for the role and teamProfil Your profile : - Previous similiar experience as Office Manager / Facility Officer- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)- Flexibility and availability- Solution-finder, you are able to tackle problems and find out appropriated solutions - Interested by a part-time opportunity (20h / week) This is an opportunity for a temporary contract, with possible permanent contract afterwards.

Salary : around 3000€ gross for 20h / week
