As a Senior Application Support Specialist with Hines, you will be responsible for providing high-level and efficient end-user support in the use of technology and applications within the Hines domain.
This individual will also resolve issues where possible and will coordinate the resolution of more complex problems with other groups in the Central IT department.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Provide end-user support responding to calls as well as tickets entered into the IT Help Desk System
Assist users with use of desktop operating systems and application software
Develop and provide end-user training
Provide quotes to obtain approval for computer equipment purchases per documented Central Guidelines
Remote access support (VPN, VPN for RDP and RDS)
Desktop, laptop, and printer hardware support
New workstation configurations and setup
Minimum Requirements include :
High school diploma from an accredited institution required; college diploma preferred
Five of more years of experience in helpdesk and end-user support required
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills
Must be able to fluently communicate in English and German or French (both verbal and written communication)
Proficient with Windows desktop / laptop operating systems
