Senior Administrator - Client Service (M / F) ROLE Managed by the Senior Manager - Client and Investor Servicing, you will be responsible for the processing of the daily work on a timely basis in accordance with the relevant Prospectus / Operating Memorandum / Service Level Agreement and relevant internal procedures and Group policies.
You will be required to apply professional levels of communication with external parties such as Clients, Fund Managers, and Distributors etc, and to apply proper standards of conduct.
RESPONSIBILITIES Administration, investigation and resolution of Client / Distributor / Investor queries;Maintain reputation of the company by ensuring a timely and accurate answers to queries;
Maintain or increase where appropriate, Client focus and satisfaction by prompt follow-up and pro-active approach;Ensure adequate treatment of Client complaints and reporting to the relevant departments involved in the process;
Prevent possible fraudulent activities from external parties through the execution of relevant checks. THE CANDIDATE PROFILE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Business or Economics;
At least 3 years’ working experience in Investor Services or similar position, including client contact;Good communication skills with Clients of all levels over the telephone and in writing;
Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail;Team player;Good experience of office software;
Ability to work within time constraints;Fluency in English, both written and spoken;Working knowledge of one further European language.
