Our client is looking for a HR officer for a 3 months contract. There is an option for a long term contract.
The candidate is responsible for the initiation, execution and follow up of the hiring life cycle.
He is coordinating with the financial controllers for all new recruitment requests, to ensure budget availability.
He is monitoring all definite period contracts and is taking the necessary actions for their extensions.
He is acting as point of contact for HR related questions and is collaborating with the hiring managers.
He is regularly updating the headcount and producing reports.
The candidate has ideally a master degree in human resources and 2 years of experience in the HR field in Luxembourg.
He is fluent in French and English.
He has good MS-Office knowledge.
He is organized, rigorous, able to work under pressure and service oriented.
