To support our growth, we, at KPMG Luxembourg are looking for a : "Senior Advisory in Deal Advisory - specialized in Real Estate (m / f)."

Based in Luxembourg, this role will be within our Deal Advisory team specialized in Real Estate working on a wide range of valuation related tasks, transactions and business development opportunities in Europe, ensuring these are carried out to a high quality level, reporting to senior management.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated and will demonstrate an ability to respond effectively to a changing workload and priorities.

This diversified opportunity will suit a Real Estate professional with a European valuation and Advisory experience.

The role and responsibilities

Valuation of the Pan-European Real Estate assets on behalf of the international funds located in Luxembourg.

Generating internal valuation review reports based on the conclusions reached.

Detailed analysis of the property related data, main valuation assumptions and methodology for reasonableness, accuracy and consistency.

Involvement in the Real Estate Advisory tasks to include assistance in the Real Estate acquisition / disposition activities from start to finish.

The perfect candidate

Bachelor or Master degree, preferably with a specialization in Real Estate.

Minimum 1-3 years of commercial property valuation / investment experience is mandatory.

Understanding of the Real Estate financial analysis and discounted cash flow modeling.

MRICS qualification will be considered as a plus.

Argus software experience is desired but not required.

Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Good presentation skills.

Fluent in written and verbal English, Knowledge of German and / or French will be considered as an asset.
