We Offer :
Support Front Teams in making assessment of complex account openings and changes in circumstance during the lifecycle of the client relationship
Assist Front Teams with the completion of account opening sets and in the assessment of any subsequent changes in circumstance;
ensure that client data management tool is up to date
Ensure adequate follow up on pending account opening requests
Answer the day-to-day queries from the Relationship Managers in the context of client documentation
Ensure that guidelines and documentation made available to Relationship Managers is up to date
You Offer :
A university degree in law or another relevant field or at least 5 years’ experience in formalities handling
Good knowledge of regulatory framework (AML / KYC, cross border, corporate and business law ) in Luxembourg and abroad
Good understanding of legal and financial documents (deeds, articles, contracts, financial statements, )
Experience with onboarding of legal entities and trusts as well as in-depth know-how regarding formalities is a big plus
Service and customer orientation paired with a high degree of reliability is a must
Motivation and commitment as well as ability to thrive in a high velocity environment
Flexibility is one of your greatest assets. You are taking initiatives and are capable to work independently
You are a people-person who move easily from discussion to agreement. You build sustainable relationships with colleagues

Good knowledge of MS office tools (Outlook, Excel etc.)
Fluency in English, French are required, German, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish skills are of great advantage
