Developing and implementing algorithms to characterize NGS genomic and transcriptomic data excites you?

We are looking for a degree in life sciences or computer science with a relevant focus on bioinformatics. Sound knowledge of Linux systems and programming, e.

g. using Java, Python, Perl, R or similar, as well as experience in the analysis of NGS data would be helpful. A good command of English and an independent, committed and reliable way of working should distinguish you, as well as you should enjoy interdisciplinary work and working on scientific questions.
