Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a dedicated :
Internship Corporate Services (F / M)
Your role :
Knowledge of basic applicable laws and relevant articles in relation to the corporate secretarial services that we render;
Preparing legal documentation relating to standard corporate administration (such as the approval of the annual accounts, transfer of seat, change of managers-directors etc.);
Updating registers (shares, PECs, CPECs etc.);
Drafting board and / or shareholder’s resolutions / minutes based on templates in relation to the main corporate events of the company;
Handling the day-to-day operations of companies and responding to clients’ requests;
Liaising with banks, Luxembourg administration, notary, ministry of foreign affairs;
Ability to handle day-to-day requests under the supervision of a more senior corporate officer.
Your profile :
You are doing an academic degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in law;
You are fluent in English and German, Luxembourgish is considered an asset;
You are seen as rigorous, proactive with good communication skills;
You like working within a team and daily challenges.
