For one of our clients, an international company well established in Luxembourg,

A Chinese / Mandarin speaking Receptionist (F / H)

CDI 40h / week

You are known for your discretion and your sense of diplomacy.

You will have a good presentation and a real interest in customer service.

Missions / Tasks

  • The main mission of the position is to receive visitors by telephone and physically
  • You will be responsible for the planning of the use of the meeting rooms
  • You will participate in administrative tasks (mail management, secretarial assistance, etc.)
  • Required skills :

  • You preferably have a hotel training or a first experience in the hotel industry
  • Knowledge of English and Chinese is mandatory. Knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Technological and methodological know-how :

  • Mastery of the Office pack
  • You have good IT Knowledges
  • Knowledge of layout standards and writing skills
  • Research by all means useful information, classify it and implement solutions
  • Have an affinity / attraction for Chinese culture
  • Soft skills :

    Confidentiality - Good manners - Discretion - Responsiveness

    Collaboration - Integrity - Common sense / resourcefulness - Physiognomist

    Smiling - Autonomy - Customer-oriented - Practicality

    Working conditions :

  • Weekly working hours : 40h / week
  • Working hours : 9am-6pm
  • Workplace : Luxembourg
  • Equipment available : PC
