Your Role Within our ICT Staffing & Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for commercial development on the entire Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

Your main mission will be developing activities and prospecting in B2B, finding new customers for the company and convincing them to start a collaboration with you.

  • More specifically, you will be responsible for : Acquire a client portfolio and manage it autonomously, creating relationships of trust, based on transparency and quality;
  • Be able to convince your interlocutor to join us as a client, whether by phone, by physical or video meetings; Play a role of true ambassador of our company, focus on quality and offer the best service for our customers by always targeting a long-term vision oriented towards the quality of our ICT Staffing & Recruitment services.

  • Your Profile Min. 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales in the HR or ICT service's sector; Significant interpersonal skills, able to understand customer's needs and convince them to adopt our services;
  • Enterprising temperament and ready to take on challenges, motivated by the achievement of set goals; High level of communication skills.

  • Good presentation. Excellent written and oral communication in French and English is mandatory. Luxembourgish and / or German will be considered as an asset;
