Who We're Looking For
An operational superstar who is customer centric and enjoys being part of operation solutions. You will revel in being part of a global team and having the opportunity to use new technologies such as Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ and be an active part of the industry of Universal Commerce.
You provide yourself on being a champion of connectivity as this role interacts with Developers, Product, DEV / OPS and Implementation managers to ensure we are giving the best possible service to multiple stakeholders.

Major Responsibility 1 :
Manage Universal commerce production service by proactively monitoring the service and react on alarms to ensure a stable and seamless performance which meets our service KPIs for our customers.
Major Responsibility 2 :
Work with Development to review and approve new features for Universal Commerce whilst driving automation and operational best practices on the application
Major Responsibility 3 :
Onboard and implement new customers to Universal Commerce with a high degree of professionalism and urgency ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Major Responsibility 4 :
Complete Customer tickets to a high standard ensuring absolute adherence to Quality measures and customer KPIs
