We are looking for a HR MANAGER (m / f) Permanent contract - Full-time / Part-time Job place : Steinfort Job description : Your areas of responsibility shall include, but not limited to the following : Reengineering of the Human Resources department with the view to easing the implementation of the HR strategy developed by the top management Achieve the HR department result / objectives Advise General Management for all HR issues and administrate the personal policies and programs and especially identify compliance issue in regards to any applicable laws and regulations impacting directly or indirectly the local and international HR strategy of the company Provide overall direction for HR planning, recruitment, training, development, performance appraisal, salary structure, wage & salary administration Determine all future staffing levels, skills and needs to meet the organization’s objectives in collaboration with the line Managers Develops and proposes the recruitment strategy in order to attract high-quality candidates Review the tasks and responsibilities of each employee further to ongoing process of reallocation with the arrival of new recruits and development of internal training helping the employees to evolve in their new responsibilities if needed Supervise the process of performance appraisal, job analyses and evaluation program, Deal with all respective stakeholders and external providers Deliver high quality services for the adherence to the insurance rules and regulations and for the respect of the defined internal procedures Dealing with international payroll particularities Supervise the HR administration team for all aspects related to contracts, arrivals, leaves, sickness, compensation & benefit etc.
Your profile : Bachelor / Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Law, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field with a proven track record of 10 years within the Luxembourg market on an HR generalist function Solid knowledge of Luxembourg Labour law and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement for insurance in Luxembourg is a plus. Command of at least one HRIS and experience in managing system implementation project Professional proficiency in English and fluency in French Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data.
