    As an intern, you will mainly support the HR team in their recruitment and hiring activities. This internship is also a great opportunity to get valuable insights about other daily HR activities and the HR function in an international law firm.

    RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Human Resources department of our firm in Luxembourg. The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of our recruitment and graduate recruitment plan for our different practice areas.

    The successful candidate will report to the Head of Human Resources and will work closely with the local and global human resources teams, partners, lawyers and other stakeholders.

    Contract : 4 to 6 months internship Hours : 40H per weekKey Responsabilities

  • Support the organization of various recruitment events
  • Perform a first level of screening of incoming applications, participate to phone interviews, organize face-to-face interviews and ensure candidates' follow-up
  • Be responsible for the full hiring & induction process
  • Assist in other daily activities of the HR department (language course coordination, update of HR systems, answer to staff daily queries, etc.)
  • ProfileEducation and Experience : Student or Graduate (Bachelor / Master) in Business Administration or Human ResourcesInterpersonal skills :

  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail and meticulous follow-through
  • Practical, proactive and service driven with a "can do" and positive attitude
  • Confidentiality and discretion are key for this role.
  • Language and IT skills

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
